At HEYSHAPEâ„¢, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your own skin. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shapewear is clean and unworn per our hygiene standards.
- 3.Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
